Leeds South & West Methodist Circuit – Circuit Property Caretaker

Leeds South & West Methodist Circuit are seeking a Circuit Property Caretaker to provide day to day management of the premises in Circuit trusteeship (excluding manses occupied by circuit staff).

Candidates will be required to undertake regular inspection of buildings; arrange and oversee the work of tradespeople and other professionals on site; initiate, complete and maintain records and property logs; and be the Healthy & Safety lead in specific locations. Previous relevant experience is required.

This appointment requires an Enhanced DBS disclosure.

The role requires an average of 10 hours per week, to be calculated on a four-weekly basis, with core hours of 11am – 12 noon on Wednesdays in the Circuit Office (LS12). This is a 2-year Fixed Term Contract, and the rate of pay is £14.00 per hour, with optional enrolment in the circuit’s workplace pension scheme. This role will be based at the Circuit Office and your home address.

Calderdale Methodist Circuit – Property Officer

Calderdale Methodist Circuit are seeking a Property Officer to support the long-term sustainability of the Circuit, through the administration of the Circuit’s properties.

Candidates should have experience in a property role, working within regulation/ compliance standards and frameworks, and an awareness of relevant health and safety legislation and best practice.

This appointment requires an Enhanced DBS disclosure.

The role requires 30-35 hours per week, to be worked flexibly in agreement with the Line Manager. This is an initial 2-year Fixed Term Contract, and the rate of pay is £17.65 per hour, with enrolment in the circuit’s workplace pension scheme. This role will be home-based but with a requirement to visit sites across the circuit.

Aire & Calder Methodist Circuit – Creative Arts Co-ordinator

Aire & Calder Methodist Circuit are seeking a Creative Arts
Co-ordinator to develop the work of Lakeside Creative Arts Centre.

The appointed person will co-ordinate the development of Lakeside Creative Arts Centre (LCAC); develop and be responsible for art-based programmes which address LCAC’s objectives; and develop creative partnerships with artists, art groups and organisations.

This appointment requires an Enhanced DBS disclosure.

The role requires 22 hours per week, to be worked flexibly. This is a Permanent position, and the rate of pay is £14.44 per hour, with enrolment in the circuit’s workplace pension scheme. This role will be based at Lakeside Creative Arts Centre (WF2 6QQ).
